IMS ExpertServices™ was asked to locate an arterial stent expert in biomechanical engineering for a breach of contract dispute regarding arterial stent technology. The patentee assigned five biomedical patents to a large medical device manufacturer but retained a right to future fees for new products based upon the five patents.
