Amy comes to IMS with a strong
marketing and advertising background. As part of the recruiting
team at IMS, Amy will be locating and interviewing top experts
in very diverse fields. Amy’s skills in negotiation,
coordination and team oriented management are just a few of
her many skills.
Amy recently relocated from Maine, where she
served as Marketing Manager for the Hiring Management Systems
(HMS) division of First Advantage Corporation, a global risk
mitigation and business solution provider. The HMS division
developed applicant-tracking software used by corporate human
resources departments to manage their recruiting, hiring and
on-boarding processes. She was directly responsible for all
marketing activities including media planning, budgeting, strategy
development, and leading a team in the creative direction of
the business unit.
Amy graduated from Syracuse University in
2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Marketing.
She moved to the Pensacola area with her husband in 2007.
