Cynthia Scheltema - Expert Advocate

Cynthia Scheltema brings a strong background in advertising, marketing, and client relations to her role as an Expert Advocate. She spent 14 years as partner and president of Campfield & Mertins, Inc., a creative design firm that specialized in the development of marketing campaigns for regional shopping centers. Later she was a partner in a startup that developed the first commercial mobile osteoporosis diagnostic center in the U.S. More recently, she worked in the financial industry applying her analytic and communication skills to commercial banking as a Vice President and Portfolio Manager for SouthTrust Bank.

Scheltema is the creator of “Yadda Yadda,” a regional cable talk show that gives successful career women a forum for taking a lighthearted look at topics of interest to them. She has an extensive history of leadership and involvement in the community and is currently an active Rotarian and Paul Harris Fellow. Her networking abilities and communication skills made her a natural choice when IMS sought an Expert Advocate to deepen the relationships within its expert witness network.
