Heather Baker-Warren - Recruiter

Heather Baker-Warren came to IMS with a strong background in sales and marketing. As the leader of the life sciences practice group, Heather locates and interviews top experts for a myriad of cases involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices and biotechnology. She is interested in developing long term relationships with experts and consultants in this field.

Heather’s skills in teambuilding, her intuitive ability to identify key issues, and the professionalism developed by working with national accounts are just a few of her strengths.

Heather is a 2002 graduate of Eastern Illinois University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in business marketing. After working from the Pensacola location for 3 years, Heather and her husband moved to Idaho.  Heather’s husband flies the F-15 Strike Eagle as a Weapons Systems Officer stationed at Mountain Home Air Force Base.
