Heather Baker comes to IMS with a strong background
in sales and marketing. As part of the IMS recruiting team,
Heather will be working to locate and interview top experts
in a myriad of diverse fields. Heather’s skills in teambuilding,
her intuitive ability to identify key issues, and the professionalism
developed by working with national accounts are just a few
of her strenghts.
Heather recently relocated from Indiana where she was employed with Playwerks,
Inc. As a Senior Account Manager for Playwerks, she was directly responsible
for all business-to-business sales and pre-production tasks; overseeing a territory
valued at over $4 million annually. Additionally, she developed training materials
to assist the sales force with determing and meeting client needs. Prior to working
at Playwerks, Heather was a field representative for Rubbermaid.
Heather is a 2002 graduate of Eastern Illinois University where she earned her
Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing. She moved to the Pensacola area with
her fiancé, a Weapons Specialist Officer training at Pensacola Naval Aviation
Station.
