Heather Roberts – Human Resources Manager

With more than a dozen years of human resources and recruiting experience, Heather Roberts joined the IMS team as Human Resources Manager in 2011. In this role, she is responsible for the overall HR administration including employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, internal talent acquisition, training and development and partnering in various IMS community and civic branding initiatives.

Heather thrives in the high-growth environment of IMS and enjoys both the tactical and strategic sides of her position.

Between getting her B.S. in public relations and her M.S. in human resources management, Heather held multiple executive recruiting and human resources positions.  After graduating with her masters, she was the Senior Human Resources Manager at OneBeacon Insurance in New York and later the Director of Human Resources for Special Operations Technology.

By joining the IMS team, Heather was able to return to Florida after ten years working in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.  She enjoys traveling, reading, attending concerts and watching Gator games.
