Director of Talent Acquisition, Melinda Starbird,
brings more than 15 years of management experience in recruiting
and human resources. She comes to us from Seattle, Washington
where she served as a Senior Recruiting Director for Avanade
Inc., a global technical consulting firm that is a subsidiary
of Accenture and Microsoft.
Prior to her time at Avanade Inc.,
Melinda occupied leadership roles at a number of national and
international companies, including Starbucks Coffee Company
and AT&T Wireless. In
each of these roles, she managed sizeable recruitment teams
and directed initiatives that made these organizations significantly
more efficient.
She received a Juris Doctorate in General Law
from the University of Arizona School of Law and holds a Bachelor
of Arts in Social Anthropology from the University of Washington.
