Melinda Starbird, JD. - Director of Talent Acquisition

Director of Talent Acquisition, Melinda Starbird, JD., brings more than 15 years of management experience in recruiting and human resources. She comes to us from Seattle, Washington where she served as a Senior Recruiting Director for Avanade Inc., a global technical consulting firm that is a subsidiary of Accenture and Microsoft.

Prior to her time at Avanade Inc., Melinda occupied leadership roles at a number of national and international companies, including Starbucks Coffee Company and AT&T Wireless. In each of these roles, she managed sizeable recruitment teams and directed initiatives that made these organizations significantly more efficient.

She received a Juris Doctorate in General Law from the University of Arizona School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Anthropology from the University of Washington.
