Summary:
Our company is currently seeking a Key Account Manager with
experience in business development and the promotion of complex
consulting services. This is a highly visible and consultative
sales opportunity. We offer an entrepreneurial spirit and unlimited
upside potential.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing strategy, approach and relationship plan for
targeted client law firms.
- Developing relationships with law firm partners (from agreed
target list) through personal meetings, presentations, speaking
engagements, telephone calls, personal e-mails, personal
mailings and/or other business gatherings.
- Generating client awareness and preference for IMS and
its search services.
- Identification of expert witness and consulting projects
within key law firms.
- Production of concise and complete project search specifications
through the interview(s) of law firm partners and case research.
- Participation in project proposal development and presentation.
- Negotiation of consulting agreement terms and conditions.
- Maintenance of high level customer satisfaction over all
client situations.
Professional Skills Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years business or related work experience;
minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree or equivalent.
- Excellent prospecting, negotiation, mediation and conflict
management skills.
- Relationship building and influencing skills.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management
skills.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation
skills.
- Proven global business perspective; executive level presence
and influence.
- Proven track record of successfully selling B2B services.
- History of generating revenues and profits that met or
exceeded monthly sales quotas.
