This municipal bond expert is a financial services consultant with over 35 years of experience in the securities industry. Prior to his consulting work, he was a producer and manager for one of the largest municipal bond underwriters for over 25 years. He has extensive experience as an arbitrator for NYSE, NASD and the Pacific Stock Exchange. This expert taught graduate courses in investment analysis and finance.
