This video game music expert’s career is marked by a series of firsts. He created the first General Musical Instrument Digital Interface (MIDI) soundtrack for a video game, the first music for a game considered to be a major selling point and the first redbook soundtrack included as a separate disk. He was also the first music producer to be admitted into the National Recording Academy for his work with video games instead of CD’s, films or movies, and hosted the first think-tank attempting to solve game design issues. With over thirty years of experience developing video game music, he has added music and audio to more than 250 video games and designed numerous games meant to teach music.
