Antitrust Economics Expert

This antitrust economist has more than 25 years of experience as a teacher, researcher and consultant. In addition to directing a research center on telecommunications policy, this expert teaches courses in industrial organization, antitrust, regulation and econometrics at a prestigious West Coast university. He has published numerous peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters and conference proceedingson topics including industrial organization, microeconomics and competition policy. He has testified on monopolization, mergers and other antitrust claims in the fixed and mobile telephone, broadcast and cable television, personal computer hardware and software and internet services industries. He has been retained on intellectual property cases involving patent and copyright infringement and trade secret misappropriation.
