Meteorology Expert

This expert in hurricane research has over 42 years of experience with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). He has a B.A., an M.S. and a Ph.D. in meteorology. He began his career as a hurricane specialist at the National Hurricane Center in Miami, then worked as a research meteorologist at the National Hurricane Research Laboratory. He is a renowned international expert on hurricanes, tornadoes and waterspouts.

Expert witness testimony experience includes testimony before Congress on disaster prediction and prevention and the potential for planned weather modification in the aftermath of Katrina.
