This medical electronics expert has over 30 years of experience in medical device development. He developed devices in blood gas monitoring, portable vascular analysis and newborn hearing screening. He worked on the signal processing of pulse oximetry devices and developed oximetry telemetry systems. He is skilled in both analog and digital circuitry and is experienced in microprocessors, control systems, impedance monitoring and bi-phasic waveforms. He is experienced in all phases of medical electronics development, including licensing, patent disclosure, clinical trials and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) clearance. He is the named inventor on over 20 medical electronics patents. He has a BS, MS, and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and is an experienced expert witness, having testified in deposition and at trial.
