IMS Expert Services is pleased to announce the addition of Uri Reid to its Pensacola office team in research. Uri comes to us from WEAR TV-3, the local ABC affiliate, where she served as a newscast producer. She is a graduate of J.M. Tate High School and holds a Bachelor degree in Radio, Television and Film from the University of West Florida.

While at UWF, she worked at WUWF 88.1 FM. After graduation she worked for the University of Florida’s public television station, WUFT-TV as the Assignment Manager. Her research on nursing home abuse earned the College of Telecommunication a student Emmy in 2000. Uri came back to Pensacola to produce WEAR’s morning newscast and then on to the assignment desk for news crews at Waterman Broadcasting (WBBH NBC-2/WZVN ABC-7) in Ft. Meyers. Uri made her way back home again in 2003 where she rejoined WEAR as a newscast producer. Uri is active in the Pensacola community, volunteering more than 800 hours a year.
