Project Services Coordinator

The Project Services Coordinator assists teams of Recruiters and Client Managers in matching top industry experts with attorneys for high-stakes litigation. They will be responsible for coordinating expert and attorney phone, video and in person interviews; conducting data integrity and quality assurance services for client-facing projects and providing support wherever it is needed.


  • Prepares expert presentations for attorney clients
  • Coordinates and schedules teleconferences, video conferences and associated travel arrangements as it relates to in-person interviews with experts, attorneys and companies
  • Performs medical license audits and attorney audits
  • Interacts with experts and attorneys to provide information as requested
  • Performs conflict checks for potential new search opportunities
  • Performs job setup for new expert searches, including writing case introduction, locating relevant patents/documents (West Law), and creating case information
  • Interfaces with multiple internal team members
  • Accountable for performing quality assurance checks for expert rates and contact information

  • Knowledge of Microsoft tools preferred
  • BS/BA degree preferred
