Corrosion Prevention Expert in Rail Car Coatings
A corrosion prevention expert with experience in rail car coatings was needed for a professional liability case. The defendant owned the patent on a protective coating that extended the life of rail cars by preventing corrosion, but allowed the patent to expire. The plaintiff had an exclusive license to market the patented coating. Plaintiff claimed damages and lost revenue resulting from the defendant’s failure to maintain the patent.
