Product Design Expert in Warning Labels
A product design expert knowledgeable of warning labels was needed for a failure to warn product liability case. The plaintiff, an auto mechanic, was allegedly struck in the head while using a spring compression tool manufactured by the defendant. The defendant shipped the tool with suggested warnings.
