Video Color Expert in Electronic Color Display Technology
A video color expert was needed for patent infringement litigation. The plaintiff, a color technology developer, claimed that the defendant infringed upon its patent for expanded electronic color display. The defendant was a high-tech electronics manufacturer that was allegedly using the expanded color display patents in its television products.
IMS ExpertServices was asked to find a video color expert experienced with the signal processing algorithms involved in converting RGB signals to display as four or five colors. The ideal expert would have over a decade of industry experience in video display product design and development. After reviewing the patent and prior art, the expert would be asked to prepare a report and testify at trial.
