PENSACOLA, Fla. - IMS Consulting & Expert Services adopted a new way of life today. In an effort to improve overall health and combat chronic illness, the team at IMS Consulting & Expert Services is making a commitment to a healthy lifestyle by taking on the IMS Challenge.

The challenge consists of regular exercise, making healthy food choices, and monitoring the outcomes on a regular basis. 

IMS Consulting & Expert Services Vice President Kathy Anthony stated, “This isn’t just another wellness program. It’s a way of life without a finish line. It’s a commitment by IMS to encourage the optimal health of our team members.” 
The company is providing all participating staff members with Fitbit digital wristbands to help motivate team members and keep employees on track with their fitness plans. 
On Friday, April 4 participating IMS team members will rally to kick off this effort by joining together in a ceremonial walk in the Cordova Square complex to commemorate the start of a new journey in healthful living. A brief motivational program led by the IMS Consulting & Expert Services Executive Committee begins at 9 a.m. and is being held in the Cordova Square Amphitheatre. Immediately following this program will be the walk.
